What each form collects
Contact form. Whether you are a candidate or an employer, your name, your phone number and your message.
Apply with form (on a job page). Your name, phone number, email if you give one, the job reference, your CV (PDF or Word) and any note you add.
Request staff (for employers). Company name, your name, phone number, email, the roles you need, number of positions, location, start date and any notes.
Each form is sent by email to the office so a person can reply. We use what you send only to answer you, to match you to jobs or to fill your request. We do not sell it. [Who else may see it, for example employers you apply to, to be confirmed.]
How long we keep it
